2022 Fall Forest Yoga

Treat yourself to a one-hour gentle yoga class amongst the cedar trees (cost is $10.00). After yoga we will also be offering a free guided walk through Woodhaven with a Regional Parks interpreter, which will start shortly after 11:00 am.

About the Event
The cost for the yoga portion of this event is $10.00, which is a reduced rate made possible by grant funding from RDCO Parks. If you wish to join for the interpretive walk only, there is no charge for that. We will be meeting in the old cedar grove for yoga at 10:00am. Please dress warmly as the air will probably be chilly!
