About the Event

Join popular Tai Chi instructor Sharon Haskins for a peaceful and fun Tai Chi and qigong experience in the middle of the forest.  Sharon is a Level 3 Senior Instructor certified by the Canadian Taijiquan Federation. For 32 years, she has practiced and studied this meditative internal martial art. Tai Chi, which is also a form of Qigong, is a means of generating and circulating qi by following certain principles of movement, posture and breath. This hour-long session is for people who have never done Tai Chi before as well as for people who are regular practitioners!  All levels are welcome-- if you've never done Tai Chi before, or you practice regularly. This will be a special event!

Come to the parking lot ten minutes before the session.
